FREE Long Vowel Spelling Word Lists
Have to hand it to social media. A few days ago I saw an Instagram post referencing these words lists that I literally created a decade ago. Readers were having a hard time trying to locate the files, and honestly, I was too! Oh, how I wish I was better organized. I dug and dug through old blog posts to no avail. After a while, it was becoming evident that the easiest way was to repost. So, here they are!

Word lists are often helpful to have on hand when teaching a targeted phonics skill. Sometimes I just can’t pull examples of words containing a spelling pattern off the top of my head so having a list of words has been great.
